BH WoozyAI Marketing AI Agents OS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how WoozyAI Marketing OS ("WoozyAI", "we", "us") handles information when you use our marketing operating system or connect a Google account. WoozyAI is operated by Woozy Energy. Contact: benjamin@woozy.energy.
1. Who this applies to
WoozyAI is an operator dashboard for authorized marketing users. It is not a consumer social network. This policy covers account data, Google OAuth connections (YouTube and Google Analytics), and related operational records.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use WoozyAI, we may collect:
- Account details you provide, such as name, email address, organization name, and login credentials.
- Google account profile data returned during OAuth, which may include name, email address, and profile identifier.
- YouTube channel information needed to connect and publish, such as channel ID, title, and thumbnail URL.
- Google Analytics property identifiers and read-only report metrics that you authorize us to retrieve.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted, so WoozyAI can keep an authorized connection until you disconnect it.
- Content, schedules, execution records, and audit logs created while operating the marketing system.
3. Google user data and Limited Use
When you connect Google, WoozyAI requests only the access needed for the connected feature:
- YouTube: sign-in identity, upload videos to the connected channel, read channel information, and manage uploads (including removing a failed upload).
- Google Analytics: sign-in identity and read-only Analytics reporting.
WoozyAI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We use Google user data only to provide and maintain the YouTube publishing and Google Analytics reporting features you enable.
4. How we use information
- Authenticate operators and keep organization data isolated.
- Connect, refresh, and disconnect authorized Google accounts.
- Upload and manage videos on a connected YouTube channel when you use publishing.
- Read authorized Google Analytics reports for marketing measurement.
- Operate schedules, approvals, audit trails, and support.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers that host WoozyAI (for example Google Cloud), with the Google services you explicitly connect, or when required by law. Organization members with authorized access can see operational records inside that organization.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and operational records are kept while the organization uses WoozyAI. Google OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect the integration, the token is revoked, or the account is deleted. You can disconnect YouTube or Google Analytics in Settings, which stops further Google API access with those tokens. To request deletion of remaining account data, email benjamin@woozy.energy.
7. Security
Access to WoozyAI requires authentication. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We use HTTPS in production. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we work to protect credentials and connected-account tokens.
8. Children
WoozyAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of WoozyAI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
