Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of WoozyAI Marketing OS ("WoozyAI", "the service"), operated by Woozy Energy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Contact: benjamin@woozy.energy.

1. The service

WoozyAI is a marketing operating system for authorized operators. It helps plan, create, review, schedule, and publish marketing content, and it can connect to third-party platforms you authorize, including YouTube and Google Analytics.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be allowed to use the service for your organization and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your login. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe access was compromised.

3. Google and other connected services

Connecting a Google account is optional. If you connect YouTube or Google Analytics, you authorize WoozyAI to access those Google APIs using the scopes shown on Google's consent screen, including:

• YouTube: identity, video upload, channel read access, and upload management.
• Google Analytics: identity and read-only reporting.

You represent that you have authority to grant that access for the Google account, YouTube channel, or Analytics property you connect. WoozyAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google services remain subject to Google's own terms and policies. You may disconnect a Google account in Settings at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WoozyAI to:

• Violate applicable law or a platform's terms of service.
• Impersonate others, fabricate proof, or run deceptive engagement.
• Upload or publish content you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, or security controls.
• Abuse Google APIs or other connected APIs beyond the access you granted.

5. Content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant WoozyAI a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, including publishing to channels you connect. You are responsible for the content that is published from your organization.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Third-party APIs, including Google, may change, rate-limit, or revoke access. WoozyAI does not guarantee uninterrupted publishing or analytics collection.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoozyAI and Woozy Energy are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or publishing failures, arising from use of the service or connected platforms.

9. Termination

You may stop using WoozyAI at any time and may disconnect Google access in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued operation is unlawful or unsafe.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
